Transparency

What NBP publishes, and what it will not claim

Transparency is a pair of commitments: publishing what can responsibly be published, and refusing to assert what the evidence does not support.

Published

  • Project status and readiness level for every initiative in the registry
  • Milestones and their current state
  • Investment status, including when nothing is open
  • Impact indicators with baselines and verification sources
  • Public project documents
  • Regional distribution of initiatives

Withheld

  • Confidential contracts and their commercial terms
  • Private investor documents and mandate details
  • Personal data of any individual
  • Restricted government data shared under a coordination arrangement

Withholding these is a condition of holding them at all. Counterparties share commercial and government material on the basis that it stays controlled.

Claims

What NBP will not assert

Each of these has a specific failure mode attached: a claim that cannot be substantiated destroys the credibility of every claim beside it.

NBP is not a government body and exercises no authority over any institution.

NBP does not develop a nation alone. Every program depends on partnership with authorities, financiers, industry and communities.

NBP does not guarantee returns, capital preservation, project approval or financing.

NBP does not conduct government procurement, and does not publish notices as though it did.

NBP does not claim government approval, investor participation or partnership that is not documented.
